Submitting Rough Draft

I have now put together a rough draft of my 7 minute radio documentary, 'Going Gender Free', which I have sent off for feedback.
Once I edited all the clips I wanted to use I tried to structure them in a narrative on my editing timeline, which helped when I wrote my voice over. The structure I followed was:
Intro: short clips from each interview and introduction to documentary
Part 1: clips from case studies explaining why and how they raise their children gender neutral
Part 2: criticisms of gender neutrality and expert perspective from psychologist
Conclusion: concerns about the future from interviewees
For my introduction I chose to structure it using short clips, around 10 seconds long, from each interviewee to give a preview to the listener of what they are going to hear from then. I then concluded with a clip from Alex, my main case study, where he describes his concerns for the future as I thought this would be a good way to round it off.
Update: Feedback
I have now received feedback from my tutor for my documentary.
In terms of strengths:
Alex is a strong interview and engaging talker
clips are engaging
In terms of areas that I need to improve:
add some music at the beginning and end
tighten up introduction clips and make them 6-7 seconds long
in the opening voice over when I want to find out 'who the parents are bringing their children up gender neutral, broaden this out so include 'why' and 'how'
if possible add in another side to the argument so find someone to interview who is critical of gender neutral parenting
if possible record voice over in a studio rather than with microphone
